Itinerary
DAY 01:
CUSCO – MOLLEPATA – SORAYPAMPA – HUMANTAY LAKE – CUSCO
- 4:30 AM – 5:00 AM: Pick up from your hotel in Cusco.
- 5:00 AM – 7:30 AM: Car ride to Mollepata, a small town located in the province of Anta.
- 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM: Enjoy a delicious breakfast at a local restaurant in Mollepata.
- 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Continue driving towards Soraypampa, a small town located at the base of Mount Humantay.
- 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Begin the hike to Humantay Lake, which takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
- 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Arrival at Humantay Lake and enjoy the stunning views of the turquoise water and surrounding mountains, with explanations from the guide. Take photos, relax, and soak in the beauty of nature.
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Descend back to Soraypampa.
- 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Lunch in Mollepata.
- 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Return by car to Cusco.
